Apple Banana Cereal
Pre-Prep
Cook Quinoa
Add 1 cup of quinoa to a pot
Add 2 cups water to the pot.
Heat pot until water boils.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer
Simmer quinoa for about 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed and the quinoa is sprouted and flakes.
Place
Procedure:
Add 1 cup cooked quinoa to a bowl
Add 1 tbsp ground flaxseed to bowl
Add 1 tbsp hemp protein to bowl
Slice banana, put in bowl
Chop gala apple into cubes, put in bowl
Top with 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup almonds
Add 1 cup of almond milk
