Apple Banana Cereal

Pre-Prep

  1. Cook Quinoa

  2. Add 1 cup of quinoa to a pot

  3. Add 2 cups water to the pot.

  4. Heat pot until water boils.

  5. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer

  6. Simmer quinoa for about 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed and the quinoa is sprouted and flakes.

  7. Place

Procedure:

  1. Add 1 cup cooked quinoa to a bowl

  2. Add 1 tbsp ground flaxseed to bowl

  3. Add 1 tbsp hemp protein to bowl

  4. Slice banana, put in bowl

  5. Chop gala apple into cubes, put in bowl

  6. Top with 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup almonds

  7. Add 1 cup of almond milk

  8. Enjoy!
